Cookie cells #311

So thumbprint cookies are supposed to be cute round cookies with a little round circle of jam…here we have complete thumbprint nuclear melt down. When making these cookies the only available flour was wheat, and I’m always hesitant to make my cookies healthy (also they won’t bake right), so we used pancake baking flour as a substitute. It was very fine and soft, and led to the cellular break down of the cookie. They still tasted damn good.
